Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Rich chocolate mousse--no melting, whipping or folding required. Avocado gives this dessert its creamy texture, making it a decadent treat you can feel good about serving.


1 large ripe avocado

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk (milk of choice)

pinch of salt


  1. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Using
  2. a spoon, scoop out the flesh and put into a
  3. small blender or food processor. Add the
  4. remaining ingredients and blend until very
  5. smooth. Chill for at least four hours. Serve
  6. with fresh berries.
