Fruit Kabobs with Yogurt Dip

These colorful fruit skewers are a fan favorite, especially among kids. Throw them together in just 15 minutes for a fun and healthy treat. 


1 cup vanilla yogurt

2 ounces cream cheese or goat cheese

Optional: honey to taste

1 pineapple, cut into chunks

2 medium bananas, sliced into 1-inch chunks

1 quart fresh strawberries, topped


  1. Make the yogurt dip by combining yogurt, cream cheese or goat cheese in a medium sized mixing bowl. Use a hand-mixer to beat until smooth and creamy. This step can also be done by hand, if necessary. Sweeten with a touch of honey, if desired.
  2. Thread the pineapple chunks, bananas, and strawberries in an alternating pattern onto skewers.
  3. Place the dip in a bowl and the skewers on a platter and serve.

For a dairy-free option, substitute vanilla yogurt with a plant-based coconut or almond milk yogurt option and substitute the cream cheese with a plant-based cream cheese option.
